Devons Road phases 2 and 3 is a residential mixed use development for Peabody in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. A range of private, shared ownership and social housing make up the 154 units provided. The residential accommodation comprises a mixture of 1, 2 and three bedroom flats contained within 4 separate apartment buildings and 7 four bedroom houses are arranged in 2 terraces. Construction of this phase of the development commenced in spring 2016 and it was completed in the autumn of 2017.
