Masterplanning for BtR developments

Our masterplanning work is a rewarding process for our team that combines place-making and integration with problem-solving. Here is an example of a masterplan we carried out for Grainger on a Gas Holder site that references the original structures to provide a BtR development with a unique identity whilst reflecting the surrounding grain and reinforcing connections to adjoining neighbourhoods, as well as addressing peripheral noise constraints.
