PTAL was established by Peter Taylor in 1978 and we now operate from offices in London, Birmingham and East Sussex.

 

Our aim is to work in partnership with Clients, Consultants and Contractors to provide cost effective, responsive, creative and innovative design solutions. We ensure that each new project is under the direct control of a Director who will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of the project.

 

Our practice structure is based on collaboration between the three offices; sharing our experience and resources as dictated by the specific demands of each project. In addition to our architectural staff, we have a strong in-house team that provides business and resource management, project management, graphic design and IT support together with visualisation and model making skills.

 

The practice generates repeat business commissions from it's existing private sector and public sector framework agreements and Clients, amounting annually to approximately 80% of fee turnover. This significant level of repeat business can only be sustained by providing services that meet and often exceed our Clients expectations.
