Following several months of consultation and negotiations a scheme for 204 units was finally submitted for planning with the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.

10/08/2009 Outline planning approval

PTAL have received outline planning approval for the change of use at Poor Clare's Convent, Southampton, to 40 dwellings, including 24 x 3 bedroom houses at a density of 52.5 dwellings/hectare.

9/03/2009 New social housing scheme

This social housing project at 59 Maygrove Road, Camden, is currently being developed for One Housing Group.

The 5-storey contemporary design features grey/brown brickwork and white rendered facades punctuated with deep-set window openings.
