Following several months of consultation and negotiations our scheme for 204 units at the Kidwells Estate, Maidenhead, on behalf of One Housing Group, has been granted planning approval by the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.

PTAL have been placed second by the London Borough of Newham in their competition to design Level 5 Sustainable Homes.

20/11/2009 Project Handover
The Turnaround Centre, Barking Road, is finished and was handed over on 16th November. The scheme combines a Community Hall, Day Centre, Medical Suite, Supported Housing for the Homeless, Keyworker Housing and underground parking facilities.
