PTAL have been working on the detailed design development for this mixed-tenure scheme on behalf of Wates Living Space and One Housing Group at Lankaster Gardens in Barnet, London, N2.

Site clearance and excavation began in December 2009.

18/12/2009 Planning Approval granted

Our social housing scheme for One Housing Group at 59 Maygrove Road, Camden, has been granted planning approval.

The 5-storey contemporary design features grey/brown brickwork and white rendered facades punctuated with deep-set window openings.

17/12/2009 Planning Approval granted

Following several months of consultation and negotiations our scheme for 204 units at the Kidwells Estate, Maidenhead, on behalf of One Housing Group, has been granted planning approval by the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.
