19/01/2010 Lankaster Gardens start on site

PTAL have been working on the detailed design development for this mixed-tenure scheme on behalf of Wates Living Space and One Housing Group at Lankaster Gardens in Barnet, London, N2.

Site clearance and excavation began in December 2009.

18/12/2009 Planning Approval granted

Our social housing scheme for One Housing Group at 59 Maygrove Road, Camden, has been granted planning approval.

The 5-storey contemporary design features grey/brown brickwork and white rendered facades punctuated with deep-set window openings.
